Outreach & Intervention Services
Family Crisis Intervention Program
this team provides intensive, integrated, in-home, crisis oriented services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to families in crisis because of a behaviorally or emotionally disturbed child. The Team provides services in Alachua, Bradford, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Lafayette, Levy, Suwannee and Union Counties. Services include comprehensive assessment, in-home treatment, intervention and case management. Services are intensive, flexible and designed to respond to the family's changing circumstances. By incorporating case management, the program allows for development of external resources and supports that help generalize and maintain treatment gains after crisis resolution.
